Servicing options

Essentials Service

The Essentials Service is targeted at well kept bicycles. For riders who treat their bike with care, but may need a professional touch for optimal riding. (*All parts cost is additional)

  • Wheels centred in frame
  • Quick frame and parts wipe down
  • Hanger checked and straightened 
  • Quick Aerosol degrease of chain and lubricate  
  • Lubricate through all cables
  • All gears adjusted
  • Check brake pad wear
  • Front and rear brakes adjusted
  • Complete bolt check and tighten
  • Tyres inflated to correct pressure
  • Test Ride and recheck all functions
  • Report notes of any issues identified.

Premium Fine Tune

The Premium Fine Tune is our more wholesome bike service. If you bike needs various parts replaced, is relied upon for daily transport, aggressively raced, or in dire need of refurbishment this service will take care of it. (*All parts cost is additional)

  • Wheels removed 
  • Full frame wash, wipe and polish
  • Hubs checked and adjusted 
  • Wheels trued if necessary
  • Thorough aerosol degrease of driveline parts then lube
  • Hanger checked and straightened  
  • Lubricate through all cables
  • All gears adjusted
  • Check brake pad wear
  • Front and rear brakes adjusted
  • Complete bolt check and tighten
  • Tyres inflated to correct pressure
  • Test ride and recheck all functions
  • Report notes of any issues 
  • NOTE* Labour for fitting new chain, cassette, brake pads and external cabling included.

The Works Service (full strip down-rebuild)

$250-$400

(Road/Hardtail $250)

(Dual Suspension MTB $400)

(*Parts additional)


All tasks within the Premium Service included, PLUS :

  • Bottom bracket removal, clean, grease, rebuild 
  • Full linkage pull apart clean and rebuild (dual suspension)
  • Headset removal, clean, grease, rebuild
  • NOTE* on dual suspension bikes with seized pivot bearings needing replacement,  removal and pressing of new bearing is additional  and will be discussed at time of service.
